Our Carers
Our carers are selected through a recruitment process to ensure we employ people who share the same values, attitudes and expectations as ourselves. We see our carers as an extension of our family, carrying our name into the community to deliver high quality and compassionate care. We feel very lucky with our team and are proud of the work they continuously deliver. So meet the special individuals bellow!
Małgorzata Trójniak
Office Administrator
Gosia joined the team as a carer and has recently been promoted to our office administrator, along with the organisation of clients medication. Gosia ensures that all MAR charts (medication administration records) are up to date and is responsible for ordering clients medication. Her hard work has shown that family members do not have to worry about their loved ones receiving correct medication and ensures excellent communication daily. This is something we pride ourselves in and it is from the help of Gosia we have been able to maintain clients safety. Keep up the good work Gosia!
Julien Betts

Julien is one of our longest standing carers. Julien joined the company many years ago after working with Amey and Marcelina in a previous company. Julien's background, believe it or not, is engineering! But found a passion for care work and quoted at interview "I would not do any other job, I get so much out of helping people and feel as though I am giving something back." His experience, knowledge and dedication to the company has promoted him to senior level. Thank you Julien and we hope to have you for many years to come.
Natalie Maxwell
Senior
Natalie joined the company in 2021 and has been a valued member ever since. Natalie has a gift on support calls, she is fantastic when working with dementia and autism, as well as excelling in domiciliary care. Natalie has shown nothing but passion and commitment in her work and as a company we don't know where we would be without her. For anyone that knows Natalie, knows she loves to have the funkiest hair colours in Telford! Our clients love to see each month what colour she has gone for next! Thank you for everything Natalie, keep up the fantastic work.
Millie Thompson

Millie is one of the nicest young ladies to have joined the company. Millie has a wealth of experience and has impeccable communication skills, her commitment to the company is next to none and we are so grateful as a company. Millie is hard working, reliable, knowledgeable and overall a superb carer. Her dedication and reliability has now promoted her to one of our senior positions, congrats Millie and keep up the hard work!
Marcelle Inman

Marcelle joined the team in 2023 from an excellent recommendation from one of our management team. Marcelle has the aim to make a real difference to people's lives and has a fantastic relationship with all the clients. Marcelle has proven to be a real asset to the team and is in high demand with all our clients!
Khanyisile Khumalo

Khani is one of our newest arrivals to the team and has already proven to be a huge hit with all of our clients. Khani is very passionate about her work and always puts in 110% effort to ensure person centred care is being met. Her bubbly and outgoing personality makes all clients smile and she is real asset to the team.

Care Assistant
Benny has joined the company with a wealth of experience and has proven to have a great attitude towards her work. Benny feels that care is something she was born to do and gets no greater pleasure than helping others achieve their outcomes. Benny is hard working and a a very reliable member of our team.

Paulina joined WSS with no previous care experience and has shaped into one of our most dedicated team members! Paulina has thoroughly enjoyed her new care career and is thriving at the all the challenges care brings. Paulina is helpful, kind hearted and a big hit with all of our clients.
